I. Equipment Manufacturing

In accordance with the terms of the contract, we will commence equipment manufacturing once the deposit payment has been received. The production lead time will vary depending on the specific configuration of the equipment.

II. Shipping

Upon completion of manufacturing, you may choose to pick up the equipment directly from our factory or authorize us to arrange the shipment on your behalf.

III. Equipment Installation and Commissioning

Once the equipment has arrived at your facility, we will dispatch technical engineers to perform the installation. Upon successful completion of commissioning—and once qualified products have been successfully produced—the equipment will officially enter its warranty period, at which point both parties will sign an Equipment Handover Agreement.

IV. Technical Training

The technical engineers dispatched by our company will provide comprehensive training to your personnel covering safe operation procedures, key precautions, and routine maintenance tasks, continuing until your staff demonstrates full proficiency in operating the equipment.

V. Equipment Maintenance

During the warranty period, should any quality-related issues arise with the product, Party A (our company) will—upon receipt of written notification from Party B (your company)—promptly designate a specialist to provide technical guidance or dispatch personnel to the site to perform repairs. Following the expiration of the warranty period, Party A remains committed to providing long-term maintenance and information services at the most favorable rates.
