Equipment Structure:The stainless steel storage tank assembly consists of a tank body, a tank lid, an inlet port, and an outlet port. All components are fabricated from imported, acid-resistant stainless steel (Grade 304 or 316) and are manufactured in strict compliance with GMP technical standards. The interior of the tank body features a polished finish. The unit is equipped with a hinged, openable lid design to facilitate easy cleaning. The tank bottom features a conical shape, and the outlet port is designed to facilitate convenient discharge; it can be connected to external piping systems to enable the continuous feeding of various ingredients. The discharge port is located at the base of the unit.

5. The tank is constructed from high-quality sanitary-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel; the inner surface is mirror-polished to Ra ≤ 0.28μm, while the outer surface is finished in matte, mirror-polish, sandblasted, or original cold-rolled matte styles.<br />
6. Standard capacities range from 50L to 1000L (available in various specifications); custom design and manufacturing are also available to meet specific client requirements.<br />
7. The tank is available in single-layer or double-layer configurations, with the option to fill the intermediate space with insulating material as per user specifications.<br />
8. The unit is equipped with movable casters (including directional casters with locking brakes).<br />
9. Includes a stainless steel lid and features a push handle integrated into the tank body.</p>
